Search Tips & Examples

  • Use phrases
    e.g. repetitive strain injury
  • For AND use &
    e.g. nursing & geriatric
  • For OR use /
    e.g. kidney / nephrology
  • For NOT use !
    e.g. neurology ! child
  • To truncate use *
    e.g.disab* will find disable, disabled, disability, disabilities etc.
  • Use >, <, = to search years
    e.g. >2000 (items after 2000)
  • Use : to search a date range
    e.g. 2000 : 2003
